The cabin features a large, open concept kitchen/living/dining area with vaulted ceilings leading to a screened porch across the river side of the house. Full bath, laundry, and additional seating/office area complete the main level. Upstairs is complete with a loft bedroom, half bath, and additional bedroom with a nice screened porch sitting area to enjoy views of the river while having your morning coffee. For your guests, there's a fully equipped tiny home complete with full bath, mini kitchen and two sleeping lofts. It could even be used as a rental for additional income. In addition, a small shed is outfitted as a workout room and underneath the house has plenty of walk-in storage. House is built on a tall concrete block foundation and while water from Hurricane Helene got under the house, it did not reach the wood beams or living quarters.
